Introduction: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a set of neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by deficit in social behaviors and nonverbal interactions onset the first 3 years life. Therefore, present study aimed to clinical features, nutritional status, risk factors, children with autism. Methods: Across section involved total 100 subjects 74 (76%) male 26 (24%) female. The ages were ranging from 3-17 old. self-administration questionnaire containing questions on behavior, health problems, factors was also completed. Bodyweight height measured calculate BMI percentile. Laboratory tests such as blood glucose HbA1C, vitamin D included. Clinical behavioral information involved. All samples analyzed through either mean ±SEM or Chi-square determine significant differences. Results: shows that majority have age 7 old, autism increased significantly at between 6-10 (P<0.05). In comparison females, has three times more affected (P=0.000).
